01 / BOOK IT WHILE THEY’RE READY

An open slot isn’t enough.
A reachable appointment is.

“Travel-feasible” means the crew has time to finish the previous job, drive to this one, do the work, and reach the next appointment. Watch one call become a workable plan.

01

The call comes in.
Don’t put the lead on hold.

A homeowner needs a 60-minute AC repair. Your sales rep or project manager enters the job and looks for a time—without first calling the contractor to ask if it fits.

Or let the homeowner book directly online.

02

Check the drive.
Not just the gap.

Maria finishes at 9:45. The drive takes 30 minutes at that time of day. A 10:00 calendar opening doesn’t work: she can’t arrive until 10:15.

CrewLink checks travel on that day, at that time.

03

10:30 fits.
Get it booked.

The repair takes 60 minutes. The next drive takes 20. Maria can finish at 11:30 and arrive before her 12:30 appointment. Book the job now, then keep taking leads as they come in.

Fill the day with workable appointments instead of padding it with three-hour arrival windows.

04

VALUE 02 · SHARED PROGRESS

Keep everyone updated.
Across crews, companies,
and homeowners.

The crew updates the job. Homeowners, sales reps, project managers and office staff can see its progress without calling the contractor. Connected companies through CrewConnect can follow the work they share, too.

“What’s happening with the job?” Open it and see.

05

VALUE 03 · UPDATED TIMING

Plans change.
Keep everyone on
the updated schedule.

The first job needs 30 more minutes. The repair now fits at 10:45. Replan around service time and travel, and let everyone affected see the revised timing—including companies connected through CrewConnect.

The new timing is visible. No round of “When will you get here?” calls.

More usable time.
Less scheduling back-and-forth.

Book as leads arrive into a calendar that includes the work and the drive. If plans change, a dispatcher can review proposed route changes before applying them. The difference starts earlier, when you make the appointment.

CrewLink CrewConnect

BEFORE CREWCONNECT

One job.
Too many phone calls.

Five people. Two companies. One appointment to pin down. Follow the information as it travels down the chain—and tries to make its way back.

“Can you do Tuesday?”

The homeowner calls the sales rep. The sales rep calls the internal project manager. The internal PM calls the external PM. The external PM finally reaches the contractor.

Four handoffs just to ask about a time.

Now send the answer
all the way back.

The contractor tells the external PM. The external PM tells the internal PM. The internal PM calls the sales rep. The sales rep calls the homeowner.

The answer takes the same long route home.

By then, the day
has already changed.

A job in the field runs 30 minutes over. The time the contractor gave is out of date. Meanwhile, the homeowner isn't picking up.

Eight handoffs. A stale answer. Still no confirmed appointment.

Now someone has to chase everyone again.

THE DETAILS, IN PLAIN ENGLISH

A few good
questions.

What does travel-feasible booking mean?

It means there is time to finish the previous job, drive to this appointment, complete its service and reach the next job. CrewLink checks service duration and travel at that time of day before offering a booking time. An empty calendar slot alone is not enough.

Can we book while a homeowner is on the phone?

Yes. Your office, sales reps and project managers can book directly into the calendar using workable appointment times. Homeowners can also book online. Through CrewConnect, scheduling can extend to connected companies and independent contractors.

Is this just route optimization?

No. CrewLink checks service time and travel before you commit to an appointment, so you can book as leads arrive. Dispatchers can also preview route changes for a day, a time window or two jobs, then review and apply the proposal. Only eligible flexible jobs can move; fixed and started work stays in place. A preview handles up to 40 jobs and does not guarantee time or mileage savings.

Who can see job progress and changed timing?

People with access to the job, including homeowners, office staff, field crews, project managers and sales reps, can follow its progress and revised timing. Connected companies through CrewConnect can follow the jobs they share. This visibility does not expose unrelated private work.

How does CrewConnect help us take on more work?

Coordinate with existing contractors and find new companies or independent contractors. Connect, agree terms and schedule shared work into available times. Shared job progress and updated timing reduce the calls needed to coordinate across businesses.

Does a partner see our whole calendar?

No. Partners see bookable availability and the details and progress of shared jobs. Unrelated customers, jobs and internal schedules stay private.

What happens after the first 50 free jobs?

Choose and confirm a paid plan before scheduling job 51. No credit card is required to start and there is no automatic upgrade. Independent and Crew are the standard plans. If you need more than Crew, book a call to agree on an Enterprise plan.

Are the illustrations real appointments?

No. They use fictional people and jobs with fixed travel times to explain the workflow. They do not create bookings. Actual appointment availability depends on your services, crews, schedules and time-of-day travel.

Does CrewLink send customer texts or collect job payments?

Customer texting and online customer job payments are still being rolled out. The shared progress and timing described here do not promise automatic text messages. CrewConnect records agreed payment terms; companies settle with each other directly.

Set up weekly, every-other-week or monthly recurring work. CrewLink plans upcoming visits against availability and service-area rules, so repeat work still has to fit the day.

Fleet visibility

Follow a focused truck, watch several trucks in separate views, or open the fleet grid. Branded trucks and status-colored roads help you recognize the team and spot risk. Scheduled appointment time and estimated arrival are shown separately.
