Send work into open time. Share nothing else.
Companies and 1099 contractors connect on CrewLink. The sender sees the partner's open times at the job's address, and nothing else. Work goes straight into the partner's schedule at pay terms both owners agreed.
A Connect seat is free for 1099s who only take CrewConnect work.
Seven steps, start to payout.
This is the whole connection, in the order it happens. Nothing is visible to the sender until the partner accepts.
- The sender asks.
By the partner's CrewConnect ID. The partner gets the request.
- The partner accepts and picks visibility.
Open times with capacity, or open times with first names. Changeable any time.
- The sender sets its rules.
Whose name the customer sees on texts, and which credentials the partner's people must hold: license, insurance, certification, background check.
- Owners agree pay terms.
Percent of the partner's list price or a flat amount, due 0 to 90 days after done. One side proposes, the other accepts the exact numbers.
- The sender asks for open times.
At the customer's address. The answer is start times and capacity, worked out from where the partner's people will be.
- The job is sent.
Booked straight into the partner's schedule, done with the partner's own tech app. The sender follows status and can take it back before it starts.
- Done, and the payout is recorded.
On the terms in force at that moment, with its due date. Both sides see it; they settle directly.
No. Only your open time at the job's address.
Only if the partner shares first names. Otherwise their schedule picks who goes.
Yes, until it has started or is done.
Open time is the only thing that crosses.
| What | The sender can see | The sender never sees |
|---|---|---|
| The partner's company | Name, booking-page ID, company or individual | People's last names, phone numbers, locations, truck stock |
| The partner's schedule | Open start times at the address asked about, with capacity; first names only if the partner shares them | Other jobs, customers, addresses, drive times, working hours, calendar blocks |
| The partner's services | Name, minutes, people needed | Prices |
| Jobs it sent | Partner, service, time, status | Notes, photos, parts, on-the-way and arrived progress |
The partner sees everything needed to do the work, like any job in its own schedule: the customer's name, phone, address and the sender's notes.
Run the terms before you agree them.
Payout = r × L for a percent, or F for a flat amount. Due = the day it's marked done plus N days. Add a pass-on to see both payouts.
The partner's list price for that service. A service with no list price gives no percent payout.
The day the tech marks the job done, plus the net days you agreed (0 to 90).
No. It records what's owed and when. You settle directly.
Written into how it works.
Credentials, by date
A person is offered only if they hold every required credential valid through the job's date. A lapsed one quietly removes them until it's renewed.
Pass-on, only when allowed
A partner can pass a job to its own partner only if the sender allowed it on that job. A passed job can't be passed again.
Your brand, your choice
The sender picks whose name the customer sees on texts. A passed job keeps the brand the customer already saw.
Terms both owners saw
Only owners propose and accept terms. An accept with numbers that no longer match the proposal fails.
Take it back
The sender can take a job back until it's done or started. A passed job is cancelled with it.
A ledger, not a bank
Payouts are recorded with due dates for both sides. CrewLink doesn't move that money; the companies settle directly.

Plain answers.
Can a company see my other jobs or customers?
No. A company you're connected with sees your open start times at the address it asks about, with how many people could go, and your first name only if you choose to share it. Never your other jobs, customers, addresses, drive times, working hours or prices.
Who sets the pay?
Both owners. Either side proposes terms: a percent of the contractor's list price for the service, or a flat amount, due a set number of days (0 to 90) after the job is done. The other side accepts the exact numbers. If they change before acceptance, the accept fails, so nobody agrees to numbers they didn't see.
Does CrewLink pay the contractor?
No. When the job is marked done, CrewLink records the payout with its due date for both sides to see. The two companies settle it directly.
What does it cost a contractor?
A Connect seat is free for 1099s who only take CrewConnect work. If you also book your own customers through CrewLink, the Independent plan is $39 a month with 75 jobs included.
Can a contractor pass a job on?
Only when the company that sent it allowed it on that job. The job is booked into the next partner's schedule under the same rules, the customer keeps the same brand on their texts, and finishing it records a payout on each connection's terms.
