One booked visit, or one multi-day install. A job counts once, on the company that owns the customer. Work you receive through CrewConnect never counts against you.
What happens if I go over my plan's jobs?
Scheduling is never blocked. Extra jobs are billed at your plan's per-job rate, your first overage month is waived, and a month's bill never goes over the next plan's price. A live usage meter alerts you at 75%, 90% and 100%.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan except Enterprise starts with a 30-day free trial with a card on file. Cancel any time during the trial and you aren't charged.
How does annual billing work?
Annual is 10 times the monthly price, so two months are free, and the included jobs are pooled across the year instead of reset each month.
What do payments cost?
Card payments are at most 2.9% + 30 cents, ACH is 1% capped at $15 per payment, standard payouts to your bank are free and instant payouts are 1% more. Our platform fee is inside those numbers, not added on top.
I'm a 1099 who only takes work from companies. Do I pay?
No. A Connect seat is free for 1099s who only receive CrewConnect work. If you also book your own customers through CrewLink, the Independent plan is $39 a month with 75 jobs included.
