Do invited contractors and subcontracting companies get the offer?
Yes. An eligible business invited to CrewConnect gets the same first 50 scheduled own-customer jobs free. The allowance belongs to the business, so another invitation does not reset it. Work received through CrewConnect does not use those free jobs.
What counts as a job?
One booked visit, or one multi-day install. A job counts once, on the company that owns the customer. Work you receive through CrewConnect never counts against you.
What happens if I go over my plan's jobs?
On the first-50-jobs offer, choose a paid plan before scheduling job 51; existing jobs keep working. On paid plans, scheduling is not blocked for exceeding the included jobs. Extra jobs are billed at your plan's per-job rate, your first overage month is waived, and monthly overages are capped at $110 for Independent and $200 for Crew. Enterprise terms are confirmed with you before you subscribe. A live usage meter alerts you at 75%, 90% and 100%.
How do the first 50 free jobs work?
A new business gets its first 50 scheduled own-customer jobs free, with no card required. The allowance does not reset each month. We suggest a plan based on scheduling pace, and you choose and confirm a paid plan before scheduling job 51. Existing jobs stay available. A setup call is optional.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is 10 times the monthly price, paid upfront, with 12 months of included jobs pooled across your plan year. Once that pool is used, extra jobs are invoiced separately each month through Stripe. You do not wait until annual renewal to pay overages. Your first overage month is waived, and the same monthly overage cap applies.
Are paid subscriptions available now?
Yes. Start with your first 50 scheduled own-customer jobs free, without a card. When you choose a paid plan, review its price and billing terms, then confirm through Stripe Checkout. You are never automatically upgraded from the free offer. Account owners can manage payment details and view billing through CrewLink's Money page.
When are extra jobs charged?
After each billing month closes, any payable overage is collected through Stripe on a separate invoice using your saved payment method. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. Your first overage month is waived. The monthly overage cap is $110 for Independent and $200 for Crew. Enterprise terms are confirmed with you before you subscribe. If a payment fails, eligible payments are retried against that same invoice. You may need to update your payment method or complete bank authentication.
Can my customers pay their job invoices through CrewLink?
CrewLink subscriptions are live through Stripe. Customer deposits, job invoice payments and contractor payouts are not enabled yet. Payment terms will be published when those features are available.
I'm a 1099 who only takes work from companies. Do I pay?
No. A Connect seat is free for 1099s who only receive CrewConnect work. If you also book your own customers through CrewLink, your first 50 scheduled own-customer jobs are free. After that, the Independent plan is $39 a month with 75 jobs included.
